Hair_female#16
It's slightly shorter the closer it gets to the face, indicating a slight cascade cut at some point when the hair was shorter.
Is it the same name as this cut, or does this cut has a different name?

My friends and I always just call it "Long with Straight Fringe" Or "Long Straight Fringe"
It is a more umbrella term though, since it can be applied differently, like most hairstyles.
(If you google it, that seems to be pretty damn close to what you wanna go for)
