I'm using a different gateway than the one that they provided. I'm using a DGN2200. I noticed our internet running really slow today. We're actually switching to Time Warner next month, but for now, we're stuck with AT&T.

This seems to be AT&Ts problem though. Is there anything I can do? I did power-cycle the router which helped a bit, but these pings are still insane.
I use to have really bad pings like that with AT&T. It was when I had there lowest internet package I think its $19.99/mo for it. I called my ISP numerous times to have them check my line and nothing ever changed so I ultimately just upgraded to the next package for $29.99/mo but they gave me a $2 discount cause I've been with them for so long:smug:
