You should be able to boot into a menu that comes after the POST, something like F4 or something like that.
Note however that SSDs are not able to use TRIM in RAID.

Correction : Its CTRL+I while booting to get into the RAID menu.
I know TRIM doesn't work with multiple ssds in RAID but what exactly is it I have never gotten a clear answer.

oh, found a definition. Won't really kill me much when I use my SSD's as the stuff that I would really need TRIM for go on a separate SSD altogether.
(Im a bit of a storage fanatic :v:)

I also read about wiper.exe that compensates for a lack of trim, I guess i'd use that.
TRIM cleans up your SSD and keeps it in working order, your SSD will become ALOT slower over the years, only a total wipe will restore its speed.
There will be coming RAID controllers with TRIM support but it will take a year before that happens.

For further explanation, to get to your onboard RAID controller menu, it's CTRL + *first letter of whoever made your RAID controller here*
Here's a tip: It's quite stupid to buy your triple 470 setup at this time.

I would be the first guy to say that, but please don't start a flame war anymore

I know it's somewhat stupid but whatever
cheaper than 480 SLI, performs better in most cases

Not really consider the prices just dropped.
