• Does Xfire/WeGame record videos in a normal format?

So... I need a free game recorder and I've heard Xfire and WeGame are both quite good. However, considering they both have their own websites, I'm worried that the programs will record videos in some encrypted format that will only be viewable through the services' respective clients/websites. Can someone who's used the programs tell me if they save videos in a normal format? I'd also like suggestions on free game recorders. (Not Source Recorder. :v:)
Nope.
xfire saves videos in normal formats, you can watch it on your pc with no problem. although when i use xfire it doesn't record sound, so i use fraps

They save in Uncompressed AVI.

Not sure about xfire, but We-Game saves in uncompressed AVI, which is a pain in the ass.
