They're saying they have acknowledged that you'd like to RMA, they will go over it later and get back to you by asking you questions about how you had it installed (like, if this is RAM, what voltages you were running it at, etc), or will issue you an RMA number.
If i'm right OCZ usually does RMA trough the shop you bought that product from to avoid people cheating free products with faked PID. I know that route as my friend has done few hundreds of euros trough cheating the RMA process and receiving free products even though he never owned one before. So just saying that it might really take a while and they need to receive your broken product before they will send you a new one if you ain't good with talking and manipulating people to believe you.

I've RMA'd OCZ RAM before and they require you to ship it back, and they asked what the components of the PC were and its voltage / timings / speed and all that were set at.
OCZ doesn't make RAM anymore, so if you're RMAing RAM, the best you're going to get is a check for the original purchase price. Though, if you don't have the original receipt, they usually offer a pretty good amount.

Atleast works in finland.
