Does anybody else wish they lived in an epoch of mostly nonviolent conflict similar to the Cold War? A period of conflict between different worldviews. When one would almost always expect new thrilling news, when the political situation would constantly change in a very dynamic manner. A period of competition between two (or possibly even more) Earth's civilizations. A period of space programs, a period of new discoveries. A period of heated debate and discussion, a period of a great political diversity. A period of dedication and of struggle. A period of a bipolar, or even tripolar world. Maybe I'm strange for feeling like this. Most of the current global events seem to be dull and unfulfilling.
Yes you are very strange for feeling like that What is a day in your life, OP?
Yes you are very strange for feeling like that What is a day in your life, OP?
Well, I sit in front of my computer for 16-18 hours a day, at least during the holidays. That's about it.
You still live in a world like that OP, follow the Syrian news. Or hell, go to the poorer pits of Africa.
