Let's see the UI, CA, because I have a bad feeling it'll be even less used than Attila's.
Attila's UI was intuitive, yes, but there's fucktons of wasted space.
they never seem to get the UI right anyway...
Unpopular opinion: Medieval 2's was the worst UI.

Fuck, *UI, goddamn wrong vowel
Utterly disappointed in the weight of the charges.
Polystyrene horses/boars. He said they were still working on the impact, and I hope so, as it looks total shit. The charges at 4 minutes in look utterly pathetic.
I don't give a shit if you have to fling characters comedically, unless they're spearmen, have them get smashed around.

Was about to comment on those too. Like, what the fuck?
Atilla's charges are fucking brutal if it's head on with shock cav. But these things are heavier than armored horses. It makes no sense.
I think the problem is in this is that, there are a multitude of different masses. For example, a charge of Empire Horsemen into a unit of Orks is going to be very different from a charge of Trolls into Empire Pikemen, or Demigryphs into Goblins. I'm going to wait with a modicum of excitement, but I do understand that they are working with a lot more variables in this game than any other Total War game previously.

He specifically points out that the weight of charges is nowhere close to being done, and that they really want them to have the right feel. This is alpha footage, I wouldn't draw too large a conclusion on that, in particular. Attila shows they know how to make them look/feel appropriately heavy.
