I'm looking for a graphics card (around 50€) that can at least run GTA IV at medium. I was thinking of ATI HD 4670, is that any good?
My current specs (stock computer):

Well, You would be able to run GTA IV on a 4670 (Proved by a friend) atleast on low, not sure on med.
Looking for some deals atm.

6570 1GB, seems pretty good, even.
Better than a 4670.

Thanks, I'll add them to my bookmarks!
My preference for gaming has always been Nvidia cards and PNY makes the best as far as I am concerned.
PNY is doing a pretty good sale this weekend and I bet you can find a good price on a great card.

Always go with the best price/performance ration, and your link isn't really working.
Sorry, He is living in Estonia.
Tell the card name and we will see how much does it cost.
Also, He needs it to run GTA IV on Med-High on 1440x900.
That depends largely on the CPU, so unless you can get together a good deal more money, forget about it.
GTA4 is heavily based on CPU for the most part. A mid level CPU of the current generation is advisable.
The 6670 seems to be PCI-E 2.1 and I'm not quite sure if I have it.

PCI-E is backwards compatible, you'll have no problems.
