Don't know to much about amd processors, but id say get more ram definitely 8 gigabytes at the minimum. Do you have a budget of any kind?
Change out the Corsair Power supply. They're using inferior components, get a Seasonic. You should really go with dual channel over single channel, the performance boost would be justifiable. Processor for a budget is okay. but I'd still rock a Pentium G3248.
I have decided to use a Pentium G3258, I have edited the post accordingly and can you suggest a Seasonic at a similar price and one reason I am going for the corsair is because its modular, So I can keep loose cables to a minimum.
The corsair psu you listed isnt modular anyways thats the CXM :v: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ss650am\ its double the price but seasonics have high rep and very much recommended
He really will not need 650W and tbh corsair are fine I'd say go for this
