Friend of mine wants a 2nd pc for his girlfriend.
My specs are:
i5 2500k 4.5ghz
120GB SSD (Sandisk Extreme)
1TB Samsung Spinpoint f3
24" iiyama E2473HDS
660ti MSI 2gb
10GB DDR3 Corsair Classic
Antec 300 Case
Corsair 650W power supply.
How much in pounds would you sell it for if you were me?
Not sure about pounds, but in Denmark a PC with those specs could easily cost about 7000DKK or more, which in pounds is about 740 pounds.
$1150 for that machine? No way.
That machine is probably more in the $600-700 range so like 450 pounds for the machine. The monitor looks like junk from the brief research I've done so don't know how much that's worth.
Yeah UK prices are a bit more level with US prices than Denmark's, but still tend to run a touch high. I'd put it in a 450-500 pound range depending on condition of components.

Including screen?
I guess with a used 24" TN monitor you're probably looking around 50-60 pounds more if it's in great condition because you can pick up a new AOC one for 100.

Also note my estimations are based on general US depreciation, which I assume is very similar in the UK, as a lot of listings I've seen for used parts drop around the same percentages.
