Youtube's new ads bypass adblock and disable video (not audio) if you have noscript?

This is new, I went to play a video from NorthernLions Darkest Dungeon playthrough. I use Firefox and I normally have Adblock and Noscript enabled at all times to help combat adware and other shit. This time however I was met with an unusual problem, the video would not display, but it could play audio. Clicking on the video player prompted the below message, and the same url was listed under noscript's blocked scripts. So I hit to allow it, and the page reloaded and blasted a rudely loud video ad, suddenly reminding me of another reason I use these add-ons.

I embedded the video to Facepunch as a test, and it worked just fine, no ad was played, so it must be requested from the Youtube page itself. [del]After leaving and revisiting the page, the video loaded normally.[/del] it's still trying to load the ad.
Can anyone else confirm that Youtube may have introduced a new ad system that bypasses Adblock and forces you to allow it through Noscript as well?
Can you link the specific video?

Yeah, it happened to me on this video:

Nothing wrong here but I use uBlock Origin and ScriptSafe in Chrome.
I don't see any changes in ad system. Chrome + adblock plus + scriptsafe + html5 player. Might be US only atm.
Nothing here for me ublock+umatrix
Edit: Wait fuck I have youtube red from google music
I only use Adblock Plus and have no issues.
pretty sure google doesn't use cloudflare
so that's not a google caused ad
I run without adblock on youtube and use this instead http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
Using uBlock Origin, and the MVPS hosts file above. Avira's also got a browser extension running, I'm not certain what that does besides act like the Web of Trust extension. Even went ahead and installed NoScript to test this and went to quite a few of his videos. Video loaded up instantly, no ads, no problems except the pause button was still being rendered as a "play" button.
