• Newborn kitten makes clicking sounds and cant move itself around

So me and my family were out last night, and when we came home, we discovered that our cat had given birth to her kittens. We found her with three of them inside a box that mom had set up by her bed, and we began to look for more ones around the house. We found one in a closet that mom had prepared for her, and it seemed that it's mother had abandoned it. She was kind of cold so my mom took her up in her hands and warmed it with her breath for a while, before putting her down with the other kittens and their mom. We noticed that when you pick the kitten up and place it on her back in the palm of your hand, it will tend to move its head backwards while, what it looks like, trying to cover its ears with its paws. He/she also makes clicking sounds when opening her mouth, and she doesn't squeak like the other kittens do after you've picked them up for a while. When we placed her in the box she doesnt seem to be able to control her legs and move around like the other kittens do, she just lays there on her side while trying to roll or some shit. However, when we place her at its mothers belly so that she can eat, she does without problems (she wasnt able to find the nipples first so we kind of had to hold her and aim her mouth at them so that she would find them. Any cat experts here that could tell me if this is a normal behavior for some kittens? They're only 14-15 hours old. Yes, I believe it's normal to have a runt of the litter.
If the clicking sounds like a "Tsk" noise it means the kitten has a dry mouth and wants to feed.
Provided it is suckling on its own accord, even if it needs some help finding the nipple it'll be fine as far as that goes. The clicking noise might be that it wants to feed and simply has a dry mouth. Does it still make the clicking sound after feeding recently? It's fairly normal to have a "weaker" kitten in the litter, so he might just need some more time before he starts moving around as much as the other kittens.
From my experiences with my cat Bobby, your kittens are probably dry mouthed. Also those photos make me want my cat as a kitten again '~' [t]https://scontent-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/t31.0-8/s960x960/1077455_10151967993705772_762747626_o.jpg[/t][t]https://scontent-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpf1/t31.0-8/s960x960/902654_10151967993780772_123080049_o.jpg[/t] It was only last November I got him when he was a week old, and had to bottle feed him without sleep for two days. Good memories.
Sad news; since two of the kittens are manx cats (no tail etc, look it up if you dont know) it sometimes happens that some are deformed at birth. We discovered this morning that she has a small wound on her back, right below her neck, with something tiny sticking out of it. We're suspecting that she's deformed and will probably put her down as soon as possible. :(
Can you give us updates when available? Really praying that the little kitten isn't deformed and will not need to be put down.
Ahhh, my icey black hole heart is being melted by the pics of those adorable kittens.
Hoping they're not deformed.. my condolences :(.
My mom found out that the kitten had a hard time breathing this morning. She went into town and hasnt come home yet. I just discovered that the kitten has passed on. Mom is on her way home but she doesn't know yet, she's probably gonna break into tears :(
