Less than 700 dollar upgrade. Specs: Operating System MS Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit CPU AMD Athlon II X4 635 28 °C Propus 45nm Technology RAM 2.5GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 235MHz (5-3-3-9) Motherboard BIOSTAR Group TA785GE 128M (CPU 1) Graphics Acer E181H @ 1366x768 VX1932wm-3 @ 1440x900 1024MB GeForce 9500 GT (Jaton) 48 °C Hard Drives 244GB Seagate ST3250318AS ATA Device (Unknown Interface) 30 °C Optical Drives hp DVD-RAM GH40L ATA Device Audio High Definition Audio Device Use frys.com and scout out some parts. Make sure the video card is a Fermi.
What do you want us to do exactly? Cause all I see are demands... Change the graphics to a 5770/450 and you're set at that higher resolution.

More RAM, and buy a GTX 460 or something. You need to upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit aswell.
