Hi.
I have a Logitech G13 gameboard (basically a miniature, non-querty G15), and I'd like to set up one of the macro keys to be basically a "turbo" mouse click, so that I can shoot really fucking fast in video games.
So I found out that you can't actually use a mouse click as part of a macro on these things, so in the left 4 dead config file, I bound "+attack" to both Mouse1 and the letter P. Then in the logitech gameboard thing, I made a macro for one of my macro keys to basically press p, wait 100ms, release p, wait 100ms, and repeat. But ingame, when I press the key, it just fires once and does not repeat.
Any tips?

Also, yes I'm aware of "LOLOMG UR A NEWB 4 USEING MACROES!1"
My first guess would be that the Key Profiler has it's own built-in protection against these sorts of macros, so people wouldn't whine when others used them in online games.
Well, since Valve made the game, I'm sure they took these keyboards into consideration. I'd be willing to bet the game is programmed to prevent you from doing exactly what you're trying to do.
Try a longer wait time between firing.

The weapons do have a limit to how fast they'll fire but you can probably still take advantage of it with macros. I did a similar thing once with my scroll wheel.
Right click in the macro editor. You can add a mouse click from there.
