Forwarded port 27015... Interface - nas_0_38 Protocol - TCP/UDP Remote Host - External Port - 27015 Internal Port - 27015 Internal Host - 192.168.1.2 Mapping - css Enable - Enable Put my computer's internal ip address in the router's DMZ listing... WAN Connection - nas_0_38 DMZ: - Enable Host Address - 192.168.1.2 Turned Hamachi off... -Originally it showed my Hamachi IP as the server IP, and the server was not responding to people in my friends list. Turned Windows firewall off... Turned router firewall off... Started the CS:S server with "map cs_office -sv_lan 0 -ip 78.145.35.57 -heartbeat" minus the quotations... -The commands had all taken effect when checked ingame, I double checked this. Server is only visible under LAN, and my friends see my internal IP + server is not responding when they view server info. The router is a Huawei EchoLife HG532. I'm out of ideas and I know whatever is wrong is something really obvious. Please help me.
The -ip needs to be your lan ip not external.
Whenever friends look at the server info from the friends list, it'll show the server with an internal IP. Just give them your external one and have them connect manually.
How do I get them to do that?
Find external ip. Then in the console have your friend type "connect 72.123.123.123" (without quotes) you put your external ip where my example went.
