Sooo I'm thinking about getting a new monitor, Gaming or a good one wise. What does Facepunchers think I should get? Though nothing over 600$ I don't need a huuuge monitor either hahaha. I heard Dell was good.
Samsung makes the best quality monitors and televisions by far. My 19in Samsung I picked up five years ago for $150 still looks better than the vast majority of monitors on the market. If you have the money, then go for this http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LS23WHUKFK/ZA Whatever you do, just don't get a monitor by apple. Or anything with a glossy screen for that matter.
This is it? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001414&Tpk=samsung%20px2370
Any Samsung will have a great picture, I can assure you of that. Just make sure it has a matte (non-glossy) display and you'll be golden. Buying from Newegg is a good idea as well, they have great customer service.
people seem to think these monitors are great, i have no personal experience with them though http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?cs=19&c=us&l=en&sku=320-9270

The Samsung is cheaper, gives a better picture, and will last longer. Still, the main point is to make sure you get a model with a matte screen.

Topped only by CRTs. In addition, the Ultrasharp is an IPS panel. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPS_panel
