Alright I got this old computer that might go. 2.66GHz Celeron D 1GB RAM Integrated Intel graphics. (Utter shat) Can't remember hard drive, but I think its around 200GB. Ya, so how much do you think this could be sold for?
200us
100$/€ at most, more if OS is included.
Advertise it as "Insanly fast processor running at a blazing 2666MILLION CYCLES, and a huge 1,000 MB OF RAM, with a 200,000 MB HARD DRIVE, all backed by a state of the art blistering Intel GMA 915 Graphics processor sharing a full 8 Million bytes of ram"
i wouldn't sell it for more than $90
Are you kidding? Fifty bucks, tops.
Are you kidding? Fifty bucks, tops.
the 1 gig of ram is most likely ddr, not ddr2, regular old ddr is going up in price because people still have systems with it, but it's no longer produced. The CPU is a perfectly fine CPU for any office computer, the case is probably also worth some money, and having a motherboard with integrated graphics (so you don't HAVE to get a discreet solution if you just want an office PC) is a plus as well
Just say a Fast Optimized Office Ready Desktop PC with a Massive 200GB to store all your infomation and add all other crap, it could be a good "grandfather" PC for oldies that need it for their interent and photos I sold a P4 768mb ram with a nvidia 6200 for £40 to a friend You could put linux on that and then sell the XP separate for more money. [editline]12:26PM[/editline] or you could just use that extra pc for a file/game server
HDDs are always advertised as 'massive', aren't they.
I'm thinking about selling this 512Mb of RAM from some format that is probably before DDR, 50GB hard drive, Nvidia 6300(something like that), Some motherboard of unknown brand, with a case that has a total of 1 Fan. Its all old and stuff, and I want to sell it, but I probably wouldn't get much.
