Also wondering if I need a soundcard or not. Any issues with this?
Edit: Should I find a different processor, and is there any cheaper alternatives to these? The games I'm playing include Arma 3, TF2, and Battlefield 3.
I can't see the wishlist. Just post a screenshot. Also get ready for everyone to tell you to get Intel.
Oh, it's public, but ok.

Will I need a network adapter and soundcard though? And any other alternatives? (besides intel)
I would think that you have no idea what you're doing. Your build is completely nonsensical and seems to have random stuff just tossed in.
- The A10-5800k already has an integrated HD7660D. Buying a discrete and more powerful GPU doesn't make sense because it's going to be crippled by the bottleneck from the weak CPU. The AMD APUs are not designed for medium to high end gaming.
- The motherboard is shit from a shit manufacturer. Go with MSI or Gigabyte instead.
- Why did you pick DDR3-2400? Nothing in your machine can take advantage of it. The A10-5800k can at most use DDR3-1866, and that only helps when you're using the IGP.
- Your build needs nowhere near a 750W PSU. It will work fine with a 500W PSU.
- And finally, why are you using a laptop drive in a desktop build?
Fuck it then, I'll stick with my old build.
I guess your title also applies.
