It, of course, has the inherent problem that the mere concept of a first-person Isaac has: it expects you to dodge a [I]lot[/I] of projectiles with extreme precision like Isaac, but because of the first person view you don't have the same locational awareness. This sole issue will be the cause of [I]most[/I] of your deaths.
I don't think it'd be that big of an issue though.
