When playing games, black screen. Monitor receives no signal, need hard reboot.

Okay, so when I'm playing pretty much any game, my screen will just kill itself, and sometimes I'll get an error noise, sometimes not. Usually I can still hear some sounds, some looping, if I'm in a Skype call, I can still hear and I can talk back, yet I need to reboot my computer to actually do anything.
Before I go any further, here are my specs.

And I have a EVGA Supernova 650W G1 Gold Modular Power Supply.
I'm running a virus scan, incase it's something of the sort, but I suspect it's a power issue.
I've done some google-fu and I've eliminated alot of the possibilities. It's not my temps, they are fine. Cables are all plugged in firmly, did a memory test and it all checked out, the only thing I never really did is test my power supply.
I'm pretty sure that my power supply is enough, and I've never had problems with it before. I'm also starting to notice my computer is getting really slugish, which backs up my power issue.
What I'm wondering is, how can I effectively test my power supply? And I mean without shelling out bigbux, that's kind of out of the question; I'm beginning to suspect it's the outlet straight up not giving enough power, but I wanna be more sure before I kick up a fuss about that...
Anyone wanna lend a hand? Please and thanks!
