That's a mobile graphics card, I'm thinking it won't be much more than 1440x900

I can personally guarantee maximum settings, no AA on your resolution

youll be able to run it maybe a teeny tiny bit of lag
Should be fine. IMO,You will not be running any lesser than 30+ FPS.
