• Is it worth upgrading to Steelseries Sibera V3s from Siberia V2s?

Title. Was wondering as V3s are around £60 in scan and I need a new mic. My current V2s I've had for a year, and while the headband has snapped off, and the microphone is completely broken, they are still going strong. The sound is still good on my V2s, but I've read reviews of the V3s saying that the sound is lacking, apparently in the bass department. Does anybody here have a pair and can they give me guidance on whether to upgrade or not?
you can buy separate headphones and a mic for the same price and they'll be better quality in pretty much every sense
No, steelseries sucks. Follow Jericho's advice or get a sennheiser headset.
I will heartily recommend a used pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770/880/990 (look @ the freq curves or read reviews to decide which one would suit you) @ whatever ohmage (thought I would seriously advise 600, get yourself an amp and enjoy life) used from Head-Fi. It won't break the budget and the comfort is top notch. Get a stand up mic, or like me, mount a $5 zalman on your desk.
