Hey guys, so I'm a total noooob with this kinda stuff. I am going to finish summer school soon and once I pass my parents will probably let me get a pc. I'm looking for around a $800-$900 build GAMING PC. I need everything. For OS I prefer Windows 7. Thanks Facepunch.

Do you need things like a monitor, a mouse or a keyboard?
Oh oops forgot to add. No I don't need those.
Do you live in the US or CA?
Can you salvage old components?

I live in us. Salve old components as in take my old pc and take the parts out? Cause if it is I doubt there will be a useful part in that piece of shit.
You might be able to reuse your HDD or your DVD drive.
What games are you looking to run?
What games are you looking to run?
Uhh games like, CS:S, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Heroes of Newerth, I'm hoping to buy Garry's Mod, OH and I want to buy TF2. By the looks of it, it seems like everyone on FP likes that game.

I'd go with something like this, which totals to around 790$. You can take a HD 5850 instead of the GTX 460 and add another 5850 down the road for upgrade if you want.

Sorry this is how much of a noob I am, but is the Asus engtx 460 and Nvidia gt 460 the same thing? Lmfao yeah i know im dumb.. .
Yeah it's a GTX 460. Depending on your resolution I'd go with the 1gb version of the card. What is your monitors resolution?

1600x900
I think the current card will be fine for that resolution.

Where did you find that free just cause 2 thing?
Comes with the GPU.
But if I add the GPU to the wishlist nothing comes out. And for Windows 7, what is the difference between the home premium and the 64 bit one?

64 bit can utilize more memory.

When you put it in your cart, it shows up, you have to buy the card before 8/31 (August 31st) to get it.

Also, does that case come with the cd driver thing?
God damn im dumb...
You should have one in your old PC (unless it's really old) that you should be able to salvage. Just look it up on google if you don't know how to. And yes, everything should be there.

KK thanks for all the help dude.
I'd personally recommend getting a new DVD Burner with Lightscribe. They only cost around $30, sometimes even less.
