Need a build on a $400 - $600 budget. No keyboard. No OS. No mouse. No screen. I am working with the UDK and need it to handle Photoshop and the Unreal Development Kit. I would also like it to play games smoothly on the 22" monitor. It is at 1360 * 768 resolution btw. The cheaper the build the better. Thanks. I can stretch my budget but not much. Also USA.

Then you can use a minor overclock to 3GHz, and get a sexay CPU.
I would like it if the processor wasn't a single core and I didn't have to do anything like unlocking and stuff. Like I said I can stretch my budget.
the processor is a dual core (after simple unlocking), and its relatively simple to unlock the other two cores on that motherboard.

Will this work?
What case?
Sorry forgot to paste link. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119189
@SBradford26 I was actually thinking more of this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119047 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042&cm_re=antec_300-_-11-129-042-_-Product
