It'd seem so. I searched 'OpenOffice' in google and the first result was the official OpenOffice site (www.openoffice.org) while, searching 'OpenOffice' in bing showed every result except for that website.

Personally, I don't want to see Microsoft Office go, it's vastly superior to OpenOffice, but this is just low.

The reason why. It is openoffices flaw.
Bing is bad.
Bing can bing my cock for all i care. Microsoft HATES competitors.
Bing is bad.
Yes, but since Microsoft is (falsly) embracing open source (it's corrupting the difference between open source / free software and using software patents to sue GNU/Linux), you'd think it wouldn't do this.
Bing is bad.
I like Bing. It only works good in the US though.
It's better than Google at a lot of things. (Google fanboys disagree because somehow if it says Google, it's instantly a god product. Kind of like Apple's fanbase.)

Care to elaborate on that one chief

I'd like to. But I don't ever explain my posts because it's never worth it. It'd be wasting my time. I could write 4000 paragraps, people still won't care. You can watch their ads though and just look at some of the feats they have. Or better yet, use it and look at the feats it has.
Bing cashback is good

So you say it's better and don't even bother to back your opinion?
So you say it's better and don't even bother to back your opinion?
Do I ever? I mean really. It's not like I could change anyones opinion on it.
OpenOffice is much better than Office and free, why wouldn't Microsoft be worried?
Do I ever? I mean really. It's not like I could change anyones opinion on it.
Please try.
OpenOffice is much better than Office and free, why wouldn't Microsoft be worried?
I prefer MS Office to open office, mostly due to the fact it isn't slow as shit and ugly looking.
OpenOffice is much better than Office and free, why wouldn't Microsoft be worried?
It's not better. It is free however. Microsoft isn't that worried because of the vast number of users of Office compared to that of OpenOffice.

If you can call that trying. I honestly don't care what someone uses. Even I use Google. But Bing isn't as bad as everyone claims.
[editline]11:42AM[/editline]
I just realized the local restaurant search filled it automatically where I was at. So eh.
Then why is OpenOffice.org not appearing in the search results if bing is so good and Microsoft isn't that worried?
Then why is OpenOffice.org not appearing in the search results if bing is so good and Microsoft isn't that worried?
It does... it's the Turkish site though.
I mean the official website for OpenOffice. Literally, OpenOffice.org.
Then why is OpenOffice.org not appearing in the search results if bing is so good and Microsoft isn't that worried?
Hell if I know. All their other competitors' products show up. And Office has so much market share, I doubt they care.
really microsoft? making open office not show up in bing? thats just low.
Everyone copy this into the bing search box repeatedly.

And that'll do what? Waste our time? No thanks.

No I'm serious. It saved me some money and took only a little effort.
OpenOffice is much better than Office and free, why wouldn't Microsoft be worried?
I've tried to love OpenOffice but I just can't. MS Office is so much better.

Me too, but office costs a shitload and openoffice is free.
Guess which one I use :smug:
word 2007 is the most annoying thing in the world.
