Disc was left in my Xbox 360 after being picked up for repairs. Do I get it back?

So, since I was at school, I was attempting to convey to my mother through text message in my pocket that I couldn't take her call in a lesson and that my Xbox 360 that was being picked up still had a disc in it, namely a DVD which I am borrowing from a friend.
My mother insisted that no such disc was contained in the Xbox, and yet I knew that; since nobody but me had touched the xbox since last night when I was watching this DVD, there was no way that the disc could not be in there.
My question is thus:
Will Microsoft repair centre simply discard my DVD or send it back to me?
Or am I going to have to fork out money to replace that DVD?

I shall the ask the Bill Gates.
My friend put his one in for repairs, had to rebuy Dead rising. Of course, that could depend on who you left it too. I don't think he left it to the Microsoft.
you have to rebuy the disc. the whole console gets taken apart or even replaced.
I think they just send you a new one. My friend got a free Harddrive for his by sending it in without the Harddive. When they sent one back, it had a Harddrive on it.
I got it back.
I got sent a [presumably] used PGR4 disc back with my 360 that I sent away for repairs.
Thing is I never bought PGR4 or sent mine away with any disc in it.
I must say it's the best bang for buck game I've ever played. :D
You'll never get that game back, Microsoft have specifically mentioned that you need to remove all accessories and games when sending in for repair. IF you did include something that you were not suppose to, you're not going to get it back.
As B1N4RY! said, when you send it in to repair you'll have to take away everything that's possible to remove, mem-cards, games and hard drives. Though if it's an error like the disk tray getting stuck, it would probably be okay. Though Microsofts repair firm (atleast in Europe (I think we're sending it to Germany) uses to be somewhat friendly and send them back from my experience. I send in a couple of Xbox'es a month at work.
Well, I realised now that I didn't mention anything of value, but yeah, you Might get it back. Or not, hehu
I'm actually printing out the label right now to send mine... Here's what it says...
"Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and Xbox shipping instructions. Please refer to these instruc-blahh blahh blahhh.
Note
Be sure that you remove any accessories, discs , and your hard drive before you pack your Xbox console."
