I took a picture of the Pokemon, Machamp Sprite on bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/ and zoomed in on it, I then filled in the colors the best I could with minecraft blocks.
First of all, wrong forum, second of all. Making sprites in minecraft has been done to death already and isn't intresting any longer. You should also have cropped the picture down some more and only focus on the minecraft window instead of the entire screen, makes it look less unprofessional
Following a sprite isnt exactly hard, nor original.
Pixel art isn't impressive unless you do it in survival or have to earn your materials from a moderator or something on a server. I have done 2 or 3 pixel art projects and I had to find my own materials and one of them I traded a good bit of diamond for the wool.
