• When 2 people are playing a source game on my network ( Sister and I ) we both disconnect

It's hard to fit what I mean in the title so I'll try to describe it best I can. So basically, let's say I'm playing tf2, and my sister plays pirates vikings and knights II, I'm already connected to a server, but when she connects to a pvk2 server I get disconnected as if the server has crashed. What I mean by that is the connection error in the top right with the countdown. So then I check if the server is down and it isn't still up people playing for 40 - 50 minutes just like before, I wait five minutes and connect back, this time my sister gets disconnected and same thing happens to her. Does anyone know why this would be happening or how to fix an issue like this? Everything was fine a week ago we were playing tf2 and pvk2 together and all that but now this is happening and it's irritating. I got a wireless router with a wireless connection, my sister uses a wired for the time. If you need my specs for what ever reason please do ask, thanks for reading in advance.
Are you guys on separate steam accounts? Also, if that's not the case, couldn't a IP conflict cause household steam problems?
You need to make sure both steam clients are using different client ports. Read about it here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6370-QPHJ-3567
