What does it mean when you can see veins clearly in your arms? I don't remember seeing them 3 months ago, now they are very well defined.
You're getting thinner or more muscular?
Well, even though I have been working out a lot more for the past 4 months or so, is that really a cause for this?
Edit:
I mean, it's not that it bothers me or anything, I just want to know why.
Your blood is going to explode.
Trust me, I'm a doctor.

Your either skinny, more muscular, or have very thin skin. I'm a bag of bones (skinny) and have really thin skin and you can see pretty much into my chest.
More muscular probably, and possibly you just have large veins that you didn't notice before? I know that I have huge veins in my legs, and clearly defined ones in my arms, but that's from Cross Country and Track... Plus a resting heartrate of about 62bpm.
Your vascularity is high.

No, it goes on his penis.
It clearly goes in the mouth.
You've got less body fat.
I've had a low amount of fat since around when I entered puberty and my veins have always very defined veins. Even now that I've put on a fair bit of muscle, I still have ~10% body fat and when it's warm or after I've been exercising my veins protrude like there's no tomorrow.
