• Chrome not playing sounds.

I am 100% sure it's chrome. I tried opera to see if sound would work and it does. I am on skype with a friend and I hear him perfectly fine. I tried multiple sites for chrome to see if it was the website but it's not. I also tried re installing chrome but nope, that didn't work. I do use google to search for my problem and none of it helped me. (Looked at like 3-4 websites for this issue) Also I did try to restart my pc and still nothing. [B]Edit: If I go to sound cloud and I try to play something the bar doesn't even move (the orange bar that basically tells you what part you're at) but the waves get darker when I click play. I had the same problem yesterday. To fix it I had to download a new dll for flash and replace it with the one google chrome had. Then I typed chrome://plugins into the search bar and disabled the old flash and enabled the new dll one. 1. Download the DLL http://dl.dropbox.com/u/62600725/NPSWF32.zip 2. Browse to this C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.60 3. Find the file named gcswf32.dll and move it to your desktop 4. Rename the dll you downloaded to gcswf32.dll 5. Drop it in and open up chrome and type in the search bar chrome://plugins and hit enter 6. You should see the flash plugin and two versions of it. 7. Disable version 11.3.31.222 and enable version 11.3.300.268 8. Restart chrome and see if it worked Source of step 1 is from here http://my.opera.com/Tamil/blog/how-to-install-flash-player (It should fix flash even though it's meant for opera. Did for me.)
