Software to make a screenshot automatically WHEN specific program is open AT specific intervals.

Hey, long story short: I am making a final year project in college and it's pretty big and involves 3 platforms, I would like to have small video in the end like timelapse in screenshots of development.
I am wondering is there any software that for example would capture screenshot of screen and automatically save it to folder say ever 10 Minutes WHEN Android Studio or Notepad++ is open?
If not: Any good software that lets me literally press Ctrl + F12 or so and it would capture screenshot and save it to folder?
P.S - got two monitors, so need to capture both at same time.
ShareX can at least take the screenshot, it might be possible to do some screen recording thing with ridiculously low framerate to get progress pictures.

downloads are on the left.
it takes a screenshot every x seconds.
you can set a destination folder, both monitors or single monitor, timestamp on screenshot, wait in seconds between each screenshot and cursor recording or whatever.
it's packed with a tool that allows you to compress the screenshots into an .avi file, where you can decide the fps etcetera.
