Buy from newegg.
Buy from newegg.
Newegg is great and all but I live in NJ so I have to pay tax :(
Me,too...so? fast shipping :D
Lol that psu looks really fucking great not visually but Technically and the price is good. Still only a single pci-e something might be hyped.
I had a Ultra PSU and it crapped out after a year. They are a cheap-o brand, don't get one.

I think I'll buy this PSU instead.
I had a Ultra PSU and it crapped out after a year. They are a cheap-o brand, don't get one.
That's just you, I haven't seen anyone else complaining about it. Even if mine does do that, they have lifetime warranty.
Don't get a cheap PSU. That's where people wimp out on and end up frying their computer.

Stuff like Raidmax, Rosewill, Athena Power, Sunbeam, APEVIA and other generic Chinese garbage is cheapo. At least I know the higher end Ultras are decent, I wouldn't really consider ever using a PSU that was under $75. When buying a PSU, like any other component, you need to keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
Ultra is a great brand in my experience, the parts feel sturdy and haven't quit working for me once. I've got a PSU that came with a case from them, it's been going almost non-stop for 6 years.
I used their 700 watt XVS PSU one time. It literally fried on me with the smoke and sparks and everything and it destroyed my old 650i motherboard but luckily this was my secondary computer. I think it is more of a hit or miss brand since I hear this a lot as well. If you get a working power supply it could work great or it could skimp out on you. Personally I would get something else.
Thermaltake is ok right? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5344843&sku=T925-3014 4 reviews and they all 5-starred it.
I'd say so.
Look for the same PSU on newegg to check out customer reviews.
Ultra is good I have use them a couple of times, also just register for their lifetime warranty and then you are good. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3276567&csid=_238 I own that, and it's running a 5870/3.7 ghz phenom II X4 955.
