• Wireless internet to laptop through router to computer

My internet got shut off and I get internet from my neighbor on my laptop. Is it possible to connect the router to my laptop and have the internet go through to my normal computer? So it goes from "Neighbors wireless -> my laptop -> router (wireless or ethernet wire) -> My normal computer without wireless capabilities". I read about ICS but it confuses me. Both computers are running vista. I have an ethernet that fits from laptop to router. Sorry if its hard to read but Im tired, thanks.
Why would you want that? The speed will be really slow, and what if the neighbour moves his wireless box? Not to mention it's illegal.

You might wanna get a wireless dongle, if that works.
Use ICS and share it to your wired network interface, proceed to connect that to your other computer.
Not to mention it's illegal.
No it's not. Just don't be a dick about bandwidth usage.
It is illegal to use other peoples wireless internet without their consent. [editline]10:26PM[/editline] And the speed would decrease.
I just want to use it to talk to friends on steam so I dont think bandwidth would be a big issue. Problem is that when I try to enable ICS it gets and error and wont turn on.
