The biggest world they've made? Bigger than San Andreas? Damn.
Super excited for release.
The biggest world they've made? Bigger than San Andreas? Damn.
To be honest it looks like they are going for a bigger and better San Andreas.
Which honestly kicks ass.
Like how the art style is going back to the GTA3 series. Reminds me of Vice City Stories most.
Well, we're stuck playing this in 30fps with 720p resolution on 7 year old hardware for a while, but I'm still more hyped about this than I've ever been about a video game.

now THIS is how you milk a series
The biggest world they've made? Bigger than San Andreas? Damn.
I don't think biggest mean mandmass. San Andreas was a pretty empty game if you looked at the amount of content compared to the size of the world. I mean it still had a lot to do, it was just very spread out.
fuck yea
now THIS is how you milk a series
It's not milking if it's actually good.
Believe it or not, I still haven't played GTAIV. Does it still have optimization problems?
now THIS is how you milk a series
it's a brand new game with loads of new features
yeah man definitely milking it
Three main protagonists? So it'll be like GTA IV and it's episodes except in one big game instead of a game + two expansions?
Awesome.
Milking is yearly releases. GTA games are every 3 to 4 years.
It's not milking if it's actually good.
didnt mean to imply it as a bad thing
3 Characters, woo replayability, I don't know about anyone else but the only reason I replayed GTA:IV was to get to see both endings, but the second time was not any fun. Saying that 3 Protagonists doesn't mean 3 different stories, but hopefully it does
Why are there 3 characters
Why are there 3 characters
gta 4 had three characters if you included the DLCs
[editline]8th November 2012[/editline]
i think
Yeah but that was DLC, this is one game so I'm not sure I understand the point here
Believe it or not, I still haven't played GTAIV. Does it still have optimization problems?
Yep, but they fixed most stuff. It still runs like crap.

The bald guy looks like Toni Cipriani

He never died in the GTA III era, did he?
Yeah but that was DLC, this is one game so I'm not sure I understand the point here
Maybe theres three gangs and each protagonist belongs to each of the different gangs.
That would be pretty interesting
It's not going to include characters from previous GTA games.
So wait, this is definitely getting a PC release now?
It's getting one, just not at the same time as the console versions.
So wait, this is definitely getting a PC release now?
didnt mean to imply it as a bad thing
Nice backtracking.
Off a cliff.
It's not going to include characters from previous GTA games.
Are you sure? Because IIRC the credits sequence to BOGT showed Packie McReary boarding a plane departing to god-knows where, and then there was that leaked casting call for GTA V that mentioned several other characters with the McReary name.
