So, I have been wondering of buying a joystick. about $60 and force feedback would be nice.
It has not been easy swimming trough google for good joysticks. some reviews adore the joystick, and some completely rants how much it sucks.
So, if any of you have any experience of joysticks, please do recommend me.
If you have one, please post it and write a short review.
Also, if you know any force feedback joysticks such as
-Logitech Force 3D Pro
-Microsoft SideWinder force feedback 1 & 2
, please tell.
My previous joystick was Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, and it was pretty good. well, i might as well write a short review

Pros:
-The joystick is very comfortable to hand.
-12 buttons are enough for me.
-Good for people who dont really care about Force Feedback.
-Twist handle
-Looks pretty cool
Cons:
-Its not very accurate.
-After a year of use, it was tilted just a tiny bit to right, and calibration didnt help.
-The base of the stick itself is not round, its square. Not sure if every joystick has that, but it didnt bother me that much
but i want my next joystick to have either force feedback, or just a better quality joystick, and im probably not buying any of those expensive Saitek's ranging from about $100 to $350
Anyways, if you are looking for joystick yourself, you can find one from this thread.
I loved my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro
Still have it but it has that problem with being off by a bit
My tail in flight sim always tilts left a bit
so 60$ is about what i want to pay for a new one
Can anyone tell about Logitech Force 3D Pro?
Its exactly same as Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, but it just has Force feedback.
All i know its about 50€ here where i live, and its not too noisy. but how good is the force feedback?
Do you want a yolk?

Seems pretty nice.
Nah, i'd rather have a joystick. and thats pretty expensive.
Well I got a joystick called a Raiden FX Pro from eBay about 8 years ago for $7. I've used it fairly frequently, it has all the standard features: 3 axises(X,Y, and Z which is when you twist the handle), hat switch, several buttons, etc as well as having rumble feedback. It's not the same as force feedback, but you could buy 4 for the price of a 3D pro and ten for the price of the Force Pro.
What I'm saying is that you should look on eBay for a cheap joystick.
I had a Saitek X52
Actually, I loved it until the twisting sensor got fucked up, and it started to send false data so I always had to corrigate the rudder. Too bad it was unrepairable.
Still thinking about buying an X52 PRO since it's around 100$ which is decent for a HOTAS like this.
Bump for great justice.
Im currently thinking of buying Logitech Force 3D Pro.

I used own a Logitech Force 3D Pro, sadly it broke and I replaced it with a cheaper Attack 3. Honestly it was quite good but the way the buttons are placed only at the left side tends to annoy me as mapping the buttons tends to get confusing. I am very happy with my Attack 3 and the way the buttons are placed around really tends to help me map the keys and control it correctly.
But still, its your choice.

I really liked mine too, although like the OP, after a few months use all my planes list to the left regardless of calibration
