My Xbox Live gold membership expired, and didn't auto-renew for some reason. Should I login and manually renew it? I don't want to be charged twice... How long do I have before my account is deleted from the system?
Since when will your account get deleted if you don't renew gold? wat
Well, I don't know. That's why I asked.
Just manually renew it. If it has stopped auto-renewing, there may be an issue with your credit card (overdraft or something) [editline]18th March 2011[/editline] Accounts also don't get deleted for being silver.
Silver? whaa? Pay for gold? whaa? whaa?

All of the billing info remained the same.
Microsoft in a nutshell

Yeah my PSN membership expired too... ho wait.
Don't fuck with it. I had to make a new account because they overdrafted me when it didn't autorenew. I charged when it didn't and then it caught back up and autorenewed directly after and now they have my card blocked and i can't pay unless it's with the card I originally paid with, but they won't accept it. Plus their shitty customer service reps don't do a damn thing but act more confused than you are. So just don't do the autorenew shit.
So manually renew it even though it's set to auto?
