"Unfortunately, you should definitely dial down your expectations for the fighting game. After the announcement, the PlayStation.Blog noted that it is "turn-based," making it more of a JRPG than a proper button-mashing fighting game." Why didn't they post this in the beginning.
Heh, I was thinking that this might actually make me log in to home for once, then I saw turned-based.
Why does playstation home even exist, it's so terrible, it's actually worse than SL because it's so damn limited.

I am the one to defend SxT, but I have to agree....DLC GEMS!? DLC GEMS!? DEEE ELLL CEEE GEEEMS!?
Looks somewhat appealing. The turn based thing kinda brought my hopes down though. Also, this made me realize of Bootlegger. Well, I'm just glad they are steering PS Home into a more useful direction.

I don't know about fighting but I've seen a bunch of this kind of stuff on Xbox Indie games. Avatar paintball and avatar racing and whatnot. They all look really cheap though.
Home used to be awesome before it became filled with too much paid content that is pretty much necessary to own for the app to be interesting. Hell I played it in it's beta days and it was alright. Even the year after it's release was awesome. I hardly touch it now because of the horrible lack of features. That and everybody is trying to get laid by that vickie chick.
avatars, gotta catch 'em all
