Black Screen of Death Basically, I installed this (don't ask), and now my Droid is a black screen. It still has the lock screen and usb sharing, plus I can see the bar, but everything else is inaccessible.
Install the Android SDK, connect your phone and make sure the ADB drivers for it are installed. If it's a HTC-Brand, just install HTC Sync. If not, try the ADV drivers delivered with the Android SDK. If your phone still can't be accessed using ADB, install whatever software got delivered with your phone. Then open a command prompt and write
adb uninstall com.gau.screenguru.iphonestyle
Get into boot-mode or what it's called and do a factory reset?
Stick it in the oven.
If all else fails, my avatar will help you out
I can't install the Android SDK, it's telling me I need JDK which I already installed.
I can't install the Android SDK, it's telling me I need JDK which I already installed.
Did you really install the JDK or just the JRE? And if it really way JDK, was it x86 or x64?
Plug your phone into your comp using a usb cable and use ADB to unistall the app.
