• Why wont Windows recognize my mic.

I got a new headset and my computer wont recognize the mic. YES THE MIC IS ON. :P Theres 3 cords, 1 usb for power, 2 3.5mm jacks for sound and mic. In the Recording tab in Sound i shows nothing there. What is the problem? (i posted in here cuz tech supp. died)
Because Windows has no mics. Go PS3, bro.
