Sup, thinking of spending some serious money, like 250 pounds (:O) on lots of supplements, so it'll last a while. I want to get big/strong, but after a few months of exercise and lifting weights, in combination with a diet totally unaffected by supplements, I've realized - I need supplements. Height: 185 cm Weight: 69 kg For the record I'm 19 years old, and the website I wish to use is bulkpowders.co.uk. I had a pic showing what products I chose but, it didn't work. Whey Protein Concentrate 82% Instantised (5 Kg) Ultra Fine Scottish Oats (5 Kg) Creatine Monohydrate (1 Kg) Complete Mass (5 Kg) HMB Powder (1 Kg) Taurine (1 Kg) Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate Branched Chain Amino (BCAA) (1 Kg) This is what I've chosen so far. Should I change anything? Leave something out? More of something? Kind regards etcetera all help is welcomed and so forth thank you.
No you don't need supplements. Just buy whey and creatine. Some multivitamin and omega3's wont hurt either. You don't get big or strong in a few months. You probably don't just eat enough. What was your routine?
