Well here's the story. Ever since I updated my drivers to beta AMD catalyst 13.2 and then to 13.3 in hopes it would stop my drivers from becoming unresponsive while playing video games. I did this because the same thing was occurring on my desktop and an update to the latest beta driver had solved my issue. This isn't the same case for the laptop... AMD catalyst 13.3 made it even worse. I had uninstalled 13.3, restarted and installed 13.1 which is not a beta release. When I played video games and moved my mouse, my game would lag to all hell. This was happening to all my games that I had played. After some google searches, I had found other people that had the same issue. They had fixed it by reinstalling their video card driver. But the issue is, I can't uninstall it properly at all! Bluescreens keep preventing me from doing it. Here's what I had tried so far: Uninstalling the drivers according to this article. My laptop will BSOD during the installation. I've tried using Driver Sweeper to uninstall the driver, but once I restart my computer it would BSOD and I would be forced to use system restore. Here's the laptop specs:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Your computer seems to be running a bit warm, I assume the temperatures were taken at idle, it's possible they could rise to 90 or higher when playing games which could cause problems. It would be really useful if you could get the errors that appear on the bluescreen. The error is displayed as something like "IRQ_LESS_OR_EQUAL" near the top of the bluescreen

The computer is at over 50% load. Of course that's the temperature.
Anyways, "IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL" is associated with drivers
Don't use that guide/article, it's not that specific in what you SHOULD do when it comes to uninstalling drivers (been down that road).
I followed this guide (read it carefully): http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards
It's the best method I've ever used and it's a deep spring clean. Also don't use Driver Sweeper.
Thanks a lot for the help guys! I ended up reformatting the laptop yesterday. It was probably the best option, it runs like new now!
