Waking up is a terrible experience for me. (Headache, dry mouth, and other shit)

Every day, and I stress that, EVERY day I wake up with a dull headache, and the entire area around my mouth (lips, chin, etc.) is completely dry. It's so bad that the first thing I think of when waking up is running to the bathroom and soaking my face in water. It's been like this for several months now, although the headache didn't start until a couple months ago.
Why is this happening to me? I need answers and Google isn't really helping.
You probably sleep with your mouth open which will cause your mouth to be dry. The headache may be from not enough sleep or too much sleep.
When isn't getting up terrible?
I sleepwalk so I panic almost everytime I wake up since I'm often not in the same place as when I went to sleep.
What's your routine?
I know I feel pretty lethargic and shit if I sleep for like eleven or twelve hours or more. If I wake up after eight or nine, I'll feel active enough to want to get up and do something.
Had the same thing before... The problem was i didn't sleep enough
Sleep apnea.
Mouth open due to low oxygen, with mouth open mouth dries out, headache comes from low oxygen levels.
