It really does, When you click on the bars it loads up the reviews and makes it much easier to see what peoples deal is, In Valves attempt to curb-stomp criticism, It will end up backfiring significantly because it makes the consumer much more informed.
except that if you read the article you would see that they aren't trying to curbstomp criticism?

Valve doesn't go against review bombing and the problem they saw is that potential customers wouldn't know what caused the negative amount of reviews. Now consumers can directly see the specific times when and why they happened. How can you miss the point of this so hard. Valve never intended to curb-stomp criticism with this addition. They want to convey as much information as possible to the customer so they can make their own assumptions and conclusions. I have never seen so many dumb-founded replies towards a good solution provided by Valve like yesterday and it's still going on. The other two threads were full of people that thought this solution to be fucking shitty and completely missing the point.
