what oh god oh man oh god oh man
Yep, must be a new ad.
I think you should log in so the adverts go away like they're supposed to.
I don't know, it's been a long time since I browsed without being logged in
Thanks to Ad-Block Plus for Firefox, I don't see ANY ads, logged in or not.
I don't remember those being there....
Thanks to Ad-Block Plus for Firefox, I don't see ANY ads, logged in or not.
Good job. You're making it impossible for web masters to keep their sites online.
It's not my problem that they push their bandwidth expenses onto the forum members. :downs:
Only happen's when not logged in
Good job. You're making it impossible for web masters to keep their sites online.
then maybe they should find a better way to cover costs than something nearly universally hated
I've never gotten that ad.
It goes away when you stop using shite firefox themes
Never seen that on Facepunch, I'm also using Adblock Plus.
Didn't realise Facepunch used those types of ads. Ah well, I don't care since I'm always logged in.
didn't realise facepunch had ad's (adblock plus ftw)
I don't even have Adblock Plus on this new PC and I still don't get ads.
:silent:
3D Avatars? Why didn't you click it? :3:
Thanks to Ad-Block Plus for Firefox, I don't see ANY ads, logged in or not.
Except this type of ad still works regarless of whether you have ABP on or off.
I never noticed the ads till I just logged out.
I have AdBlock disabled on facepunch and even then i don't see a single ad when logged in.
ad block: good for sites you don't know. Shit for sites you visit a lot. Despite them needing to find other ways to get revenue, having a subscriber system would kill most sites.
then maybe they should find a better way to cover costs than something nearly universally hated
Yea, absolutely. It would be much better if members just had to pay a small fee to use the site. No, wait. That's even worse. There isn't much else they could do.
Noticed it like 10 minutes ago on a friends computer.
How about you find a different site then?
It happened to me earlier today
Yea, absolutely. It would be much better if members just had to pay a small fee to use the site. No, wait. That's even worse. There isn't much else they could do.
How about a mandatory pay-what-you-want, above 1 cent/international equivalent. Pay-what-you-want should be the new paradigm of economics in the virtual world.
imo registration fees, go the route of something awful
Ad Block Plus, get it now.
