Hey, I have a strange problem with my 8 months old graphics card.
When I play (for example) GTA IV, or Black Ops or any other game, the FPS drops down. In GTA IV it drops from 30 to 12, and in Black Ops from 75 to 25.
After the FPS dropped, I quit the games to check the graphics card temperature, it was at 60C°.
I hope you can help me.
EDIT:
It's not the graphics card, it's my the CPU overheating, and underclocking itself until it gets under 70°C again.
I'm just gonna buy a new CPU cooler.
Do you mean your fps starts high, then drops during gameplay? Or compared to the past your fps appears lower?
Yea, it starts high, and then some minutes later it drops down.
The only thing i can think of that can cause that is heat. Some parts underclock themselves to protect themselves from damage.
Can you download and run HWmonitor and give us a picture of it while playing a game?
Alright so, I took this picture while playing Crysis 2 when the FPS dropped (Usually runs at 30 fps, dropped down to 10).

Your cpu temp is indeed a tad high, and i do believe that it is downclocking to keep within acceptable temperatures.
You need to clean out the dust on your heatsink and/or reapply thermal paste and heatsink.
This should keep your fps from dropping.
Alright, so, I've reapplied the thermal paste on both graphics card and CPU and cleaned off the dust. The graphic card now runs at only 65°C while playing Crysis 2, wich is great. About the CPU: The game started lagging when it got to 70°C, so I turned off Cool'n'Quiet in the BIOS, wich might help, and propably will. I'll post some results later.

Okay, the FPS sometimes still drops, but not as long as before... Sure it's better, but it's annoying as hell when I'm playing online and it lags :/

Very BAD idea. CnC is there for two reasons. First is for power conservation, and second is for protection from overheating. The reason the game is probably slowing down is from the CPU throttling itself.
Your CPU is over the Thermal Junction (point at which it starts damaging itself from overheating.) The TJunct on most AMD CPUs is usually between 62-67C. if your stock heatsink can't keep the CPU cool enough, I'd suggest an aftermarket solution.

Alright I turned it on again. Strange thing now, my CPU idles at 52°C
