• Plan Change? Protein intake? When to take protein?

Bought it because I was doing my workout without getting the proper nutrition. I weigh 190 pounds. 6 feet 5 inches. I do a simple light workout everyday of the week. (these things have gradually increased week by week) 27 diamond push-ups 30 squats (+50 pounds) 30 crunches (wher eyou lift your legs up... has really worked my lower abs... does that work all my abs?) 25 curls (+25 pound) 100 should lifts (+25 pound weights on each arm) 100 calf raises (+50 pounds) I could do reps, but if I did reps then I'd be degrading my muscle if I did it every day of the week. [B]Should I change up my plan? How much protein should I take in? When should I take in said protein? Should I add more to my workout? (with my limited equipment) [/B] My goal is to become more defined. I don't want to be a hulking beast. I just want to bring [URL="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vZ1fBTj4h0"]my body[/URL] to a commercial ideal.
