Tequatl isn't remotely hard if you have a reasonably competent and informed group of even total randoms. I've commanded runs of him dozens of times and noticed people only fail in either extreme circumstanced (people being really stupid/lazy) or in total "sure why not lets try it" attempts.
They forgot about the biggest of them all? Eve Online's Time Zone Wars.
I still kind of want to know what the original "intended" way to beat Absolute Virtue was.
Living liquid? Really? Living Liquid was super easy though. The hardest boss from that whole string of bosses IMO was discount Voltron. Anyways, I'd say Bismark EX is harder than Living Liquid. That boss just requires some attention to a few mechanics.
Eh. Avatus wasn't that hard. Maybe when he first came out, but people just casually pug him nowadays.
Was cool to see both EQ and WoW on the list.

I think the last boss that give me real trouble in WoW was probably Ragnaros on heroic in Firelands at content. All the new ones everyone just seems to pug them and murder all of them on mythic these days.

Because on release they're really tough for awhile, that's not just me, it's just flat out numbers too. Of course when blizz begins helping out with gear and nerfs go in they become much more easier.
Living Liquid is nothing compared to Titan HM. Fuck Titan HM with a passion.
Didn't get through the whole list (on mobile), but the bandedsnatch was definitely not the hardest boss in TERA. Much easier to make it through than SM:HM.

I'm glad algalon made the list, but unless it's because it wasn't intended to be beaten really, I don't see why kerafyrm the sleeper didn't make the cut.

People should already know what's going on, I do Teq almost every single night, most without commander tags and all of them without anyone actually "commanding", people just know how to do it, it's been three or so years now and people more than understand the mechanics for the even to flow smoothly, with or without any commanders.
Eh. Avatus wasn't that hard. Maybe when he first came out, but people just casually pug him nowadays.
They're specifically talking about the 40-man version which only 1 guild ever downed after 7 months.
Wow vanilla raid boss?
Ouros took longer than Algalon to be beaten the first time, but according to a lot of people Ulduar was the pinnacle of raiding in WoW so I'm not that surprised they went with it. Sad there weren't honorable mentions for like C'thun who was actually completely unbeatable at launch or similar bosses in other games.
I assume they're probably referring to Savage, which was hard as shit back when it first launched.
They obviously mean savage, but even then I'm still surprised they picked living liquid over T9 savage
Tequatl was really hard back in the days when every server was on its own. This way getting 50-60 well equipped lvl80 players with boss knowledge was almost impossible.
