Woke up this morning, pressed power button, ran for 10 seconds, turned off by itself and restarted. Will presumably do this endlessly. Had to turn off PSU to stop it. Took every PSU cord off mobo, took both video cards off, tried CMOS "button" and removed and replaced mobo battery. Plugged everything back in, same issue.

No hardware changes except disabling the wifi card due to BSOD. Been running fine on ethernet for about 1 year. The only recent change was adding a hard drive and Ubuntu dual-boot.
It's been running for 2.5 years without major fails. It worked 9 hours ago. No clue what the issue is. Let me know if yoy need anything else.
Does it attempt to boot ?
Try a bootable disk and see if that works.
That's a negative. Nothing changes with a disk in the drive. As a side note, the same thing happens without the drives attached. I think it's failing during POST, but I'm not very educated in this realm.
Does it make any beeps ?
Have you tried the built in boot loader ?
Try swap your RAM around.
There are no beeps.
Removing/swapping the RAM made no difference.
It doesn't get to the boot loader. 10 seconds. That's all I get before it restarts itself.
Try each RAM stick individually, see what happens.
2 sticks of RAM, 4 slots.
