• Reinstallation issues

Recently my PC was bombarded with viruses and the only way to use my PC was to completely start over from scratch. I used my Windows XP CD to wipe all my memory and settings, this seemed to purge the virus/viruses from my system. It is also worth mentioning that I have a custom PC, and had to run a secondary systems disc as well as the basic XP CD. However soon after I tried to install and play several games, such as Gmod, Half-Life 2, and Fallout 3 retail. Upon starting up Garry's Mod, the game seemed to start normally, with the "Garry's Mod is now Loading" bar. This as well as the Gmod program itself quit and I received neither an error or explanation for this happening. When trying to play and update Fallout 3, I received several errors and the application quit upon starting. In addition to these game issues, whenever I scroll down the page on an internet tab, it is slow and stutters for lack of a better word. If anyone has any advice or knows anything that can help please let me know.
Yeah. Have you installed your graphics card drivers? Your system is displaying classic signs of missing GPU drivers.
Update your drivers.
Sorry for wasting your time guys I fixed it, needed to activate some random thing. Thanks anyway!
