Run it in fast mode, problem solved
Also. If it does not allow you to install this, goto safe mode
First of all, stop panicing. Some experts might tell you to disconnect your computer but that's really irrelevant here.
Secondly, reboot your computer in safe mode and run AVG. It might be able to remove the virus.

Also MBAM, yes.
Stop panicking? HOLY MOTHER OF CHRIST ITS A VIRUS. DELETE EVERYTHING AND MICROWAVE YOUR HDD FOR SECURITY SAKE!
Oh shit, MBAM says I have 18 infected files. Fuck...

Malwarebytes
Now
Shut. Down. EVERYTHING.
What antivirus did you have installed when the infection occured?
Destroy your computer and have it burnt, it's the only way to be sure that you don't get infected.

drop it in a pool of hydrofluoric acid too
drop it in a pool of hydrofluoric acid too
And then eject the acid into space.
Seriously though, MBAM in Safe mode like everyone's said.
I'm afraid your computer won't make it. Trust me, I work with computers.
Format.
If it has a fever supply 1-2 tablets of Motrin.

Holy shit, you have stuxnet! Make sure you initiate immediate SCRAM procedures on all network connected nuclear reactor systems connected to that machine, and disconnect the entire network!
Email a copy of your report to yourself, just in case. Keep in mind though that depending on the virus, it could infect whatever emails you send.
88 processes what the fuck

Next time run firefox in a sandbox so you don't get viruses.
You should do an offline scan... either by slaving the harddrive to another machine and scanning it, or booting a bootable CD/USB for scanning with, like Dr.Web's Antivirus.

one of said bootable livecds would be something to consider, or mbam in safe mode

also sandboxes are best god tier antivirus

He's not pretending to know what he's doing - he's coming to us for help, and he's not being rude.
Help him, don't be an elitist bastard.
The only problem I see is that you're scribbling your name out. Nobody cares what your name is.
I also like the fact the expansive AV programs like AVG, norton and other programs cannot delete viruses sometimes while a free and simple program like MBAM can :downs:
